Bedtime at our house is usually an experience. Alex is the master of inventing new and interesting ways to avoid going to bed. Tonight was like any other night. Eat supper, play, bathtime, snack, brush teeth and then normally to bed. Except we had a new excuse tonight after brushing our teeth. Alex comes up and leans on my shoulder and askes me if he can sit down on the couch and calm down for a little bit. I just busted out laughing. You never know what is going to come out his mouth. Daddy is trying to convince him right now that they can just go read a book.
